Lynzie Nichols

Outdoor Instructor

Growing up in Vermont, Lynzie Nichols developed a lifelong love for the outdoors through hiking, biking, and snowboarding.  She has a broad range of experience, from recently working as a toddler teacher at the YMCA to spending two summers as a camp counselor at her hometown summer camp.  Through these experiences, she has gained communication skills and patience to create a welcoming environment for all students.  She is passionate about the connection between social-emotional learning and the outdoors, and hopes to bring light to the wonders of nature for students who do not have the privilege of growing up with easy access to the outdoors.  As an adult, she finds herself spending time camping and trying new outdoor activities whenever she can.
