B. Kimmerman

Board Member

B. has always lived in the Boston area and currently serves as the Chief of Staff in the City of Cambridge's Executive Office. During the COVID-19 pandemic, B. partnered with Elevate Youth and the Cambridge Housing Authority's Work Force Youth Program to launch the Local Parks Program: in-person outdoor programming for Cambridge Public School students in grades 4 and 5. This partnership aimed to empower CPS's highest need students during a time of isolation, through social and emotional learning activities and mentorship from Cambridge youth instructors and Elevate Youth staff.

Prior to her role with the City of Cambridge, B. led Government and Community Relations at the Kendall Square Association, representing the interests of the life sciences and research institutions of the world's innovation epicenter. 

B. is a graduate of the Boston Latin School and Boston University. She lives in Cambridge with her husband and son.
